All pre-order items are scheduled to ship on a starting October 1st in the order that we received them. Please note that your order's place in the queue will determine its shipping date.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to our terms, which include a no-cancellation policy after shipment and an acknowledgment that delivery dates are estimates. Payments will be taken at the time of ordering. We appreciate your understanding that pre-order items are not eligible for promotional discounts.

You can cancel or modify your pre-order any time before it ships. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are treated as returns, and the product must be sent back unopened and in its original packaging.

To modify your order, please email info@romonaskincare.com with your name, order number, and request in the body of the email. Please title the email 'modify my order # {insert order number}'.

While we strive to ship by the estimated date, occasionally, delays may occur due to higher demand or unforeseen supply chain issues. We will keep you updated via email on any changes to the shipping timeline.
